A framed promotional and educational print titled ANGUS BEEF CHART, produced for the American Angus Association. The chart features a central illustration of a Black Angus steer with primary meat cuts labeled with yield percentages: Chuck (26%), Rib (9.5%), Short Loin (8%), Sirloin (9%), Round (27%), Brisket (6%), Fore Shank (4%), Short Plate (5.5%), and Flank (4%). Smaller illustrations of specific retail cuts are arranged by section around the central figure. Information at the bottom summarizes yield statistics for a 1,200-pound steer. Printed text at the lower left reads Angus Association, Ave., St. Joseph, MO 64506, and www.angus.org. A partial credit line at the lower right reads Meat cut art courtesy of National C. The item is displayed behind glass with a black mat in a dark green wooden frame with a gold-finished inner lip. The reverse is sealed with a cardboard backing that shows three lines of redacted text and remnants of adhesive tape. Dimensions: approx. H 12 1/2 in x W 15 1/2 in. Condition: The print is in good condition under glass. The frame displays minor surface scuffs and edge wear. The cardboard backing has tape residue and blacked-out marker inscriptions.
