A traditional still life composition depicting a curated tabletop arrangement. The scene includes a bottle of wine with a label reading Chateau Bordeaux, a glass filled with red wine, a glass cheese dome covering wheels of cheese, a piece of bread, peaches with attached leaves, a cluster of dark grapes, and a bowl containing walnuts. The work is executed in a realistic style with a dark, atmospheric background. It is presented under glass within a double cream-colored mat and a dark wood frame with a gold-toned inner fillet. A cursive signature reading Pierre [illegible] is located in the lower right corner. The reverse is sealed with brown paper and bears a label for Fourbro Frames Inc. for style number DFARS67. Dimensions (measured from tape measure): approx. H 20.25 in x W 24.25 in. Condition: The artwork appears to be in good condition. The frame exhibits minor surface scuffs and light wear consistent with age and handling.
