A pair of handcrafted stoneware bowls by Maxwell Pottery of Canada. These studio pottery vessels are formed in the shape of traditional canoes. Each piece features a cream-colored glazed interior and base, contrasted by a reactive blue-grey glaze along the rim and upper exterior that shows natural dripping and color variation. Each bowl bears an incised mark on the base reading Maxwell Pottery CANADA. Dimensions: Length approx. 10.5 inches. Condition: The bowls are in good condition, showing no visible chips, cracks, or signs of restoration. Minor surface wear and small firing irregularities are present, consistent with the handmade nature of studio pottery.
