A framed colour lithograph after an original watercolour by Dawna Barton, titled Rose Cottage. The composition depicts a picturesque stone cottage with arched windows and a slate roof, set within a vibrant garden of pink poppies and climbing flowers, with several white birds in flight and perched upon the roofline. The work is signed and dated 1986 in the plate at the lower left. The print is presented in a double mount behind glass, within a silver-gilt finished wooden frame. The reverse features a paper label from the Canadian décor company Ren-Wil Inc., Montreal, identifying the piece as style A316. Dimensions: Frame approx. H 67.3 cm x W 81.3 cm (note: measured from a scale in inches). Condition: The print is in good overall condition with no visible signs of foxing, toning, or fading. The mount and glass are well-preserved. The frame is structurally sound with only minor surface wear consistent with age and use.
