Molded terracotta wall-hanging sculpture in the form of a stylized sun face. The central relief features a human face with almond-shaped eyes, a prominent nose, and small lips. Approximately sixteen rays of varying thickness and length radiate from the center. The surface has a natural, unglazed reddish-brown clay finish with areas of darker patina and mineral encrustation. The reverse side is hollow-cast and contains an integrated twisted wire for wall mounting. Diameter approx. 12 inches (measured against a ruler). Condition: Good vintage condition with signs of weathering and surface encrustation consistent with outdoor exposure. There is a visible MISSING RAY to the tip of one ray. The hanging wire is securely attached but shows surface oxidation.
