Later-production German M43-style field cap modeled after the black wool Einheitsfeldmütze worn by WWII Panzer personnel. The cap features a double-button fold-down flap secured by two silver-tone pebbled metal buttons above a stiffened cloth-covered visor. The interior is lined in gray twill fabric and shows light discoloration and perspiration staining along the forehead band. No national insignia, maker label, size stamp, RBNr number, or military issue markings are present. The black wool body remains structurally sound with light surface linting and handling wear, while the lining displays minor wrinkling and age-related staining. This cap is not represented as an original wartime-issued example. GE
