This U.S. Army Air Forces (USAAF) khaki cotton service shirt dates to the World War II era and is tailored in the standard long-sleeve service pattern with an open collar, button-front closure, and two button-flap chest pockets. The shirt is decorated with original Staff Sergeant rank insignia on both sleeves, a 20th Air Force shoulder sleeve patch on the left shoulder, and a War Department Honorable Discharge emblem ("Ruptured Duck") above the right breast pocket. A USAAF Engineering Specialist branch patch (orange gear on a blue triangle) is affixed to the right cuff. An interior size tag is marked 15½–34. The shirt remains in very good condition with light service wear, slight fraying to the discharge emblem, and minor age-related soiling, retaining all visible original insignia. Measures approximately 44" chest. GE
