Constructed of feldgrau cotton, this post-war German Army style field tunic follows the classic M40/M43 four-pocket design with pleated breast pockets, lower patch pockets, shoulder boards, and a machine-applied Wehrmacht-style breast eagle. The tunic retains all aluminum front buttons and features plain shoulder boards without branch piping or rank insignia. The interior bears a stamped size marking of "81" but lacks wartime manufacturer or depot markings, consistent with post-war military production. The garment remains structurally sound with light storage wear and presents well for display, collecting, or historical reenactment. The insignia is post war reproduction and applied with post war stitching. SC
