A large porcelain tea and coffee service manufactured by Winterling at the Rosiau factory in Bavaria, Germany. The set is crafted from white quality porcelain and features a traditional lobed or scalloped form. Each piece is decorated with a gilt band to the rims and handles, with matching gilt-topped finials on the lidded items. The collection comprises a tall lidded pot, multiple lidded sugar bowls, an assortment of graduated creamers, and a group of cups with matching saucers. The underside of the pieces carries a green underglaze transfer mark featuring a crown over intertwined letters W, Winterling in script, Rosiau BAVARIA, and the designation QUALITATS-PORZELLAN. Lidded pot: Height approx. 19 cm Lidded sugar bowl: Height approx. 12.5 cm Cup: Height approx. 6.5 cm (All measurements converted from visible inches scale). Condition: The service is in good vintage condition. There is visible surface wear and rubbing to the gilt decoration, particularly on the rims and handles. Several cups exhibit noticeable brown staining and discolouration to both the interior and exterior surfaces. No visible chips, cracks, or repairs are apparent.
