A group of white porcelain dinnerware manufactured by Winterling in Roslau, Bavaria, Germany. Each piece features a scalloped pie-crust rim highlighted with a single gilded line. The service comprises dinner plates, salad plates, side plates, large rimmed soup bowls, a set of graduated oval serving platters, and a large lidded soup tureen with scrolled handles and a notched lid for a ladle. The undersides bear a green printed manufacturer backstamp consisting of a crown above a stylized W, followed by the words Winterling, Roslau, Bavaria, and Qualitats-Porzellan. Large bowls: Diameter approx. 23.5 cm Largest plates: Diameter approx. 24 cm Medium plates: Diameter approx. 20 cm Smallest plates: Diameter approx. 17 cm Soup tureen: H approx. 17 cm. Condition: The service is in good overall condition. There is minor rubbing and wear to the gilded rims on some pieces consistent with age and use. A small dark firing or surface mark is visible on the exterior glaze of the soup tureen. The set is free of visible chips, cracks, or restoration.
