An Italian continental silver-handled knife featuring a fluted design with a scroll-ornamented pommel. The handle is stamped with the Italian hallmark for the province of Brescia (BS) alongside the maker registration number 1 and a star symbol, identifying the silversmith as Zancanaro Erminio. It also bears a fineness mark of 800. The blade is constructed from stainless steel and is stamped with INOSSIDABILE. The piece is accompanied by its original black felt storage pouch, which is printed with ARGENTO 800/1000 on the interior flap. Total length: approx. 17.8 cm (measured against a ruler showing inches only) Gross weight: 44 g. Condition: The silver handle displays tarnish and patina consistent with age. The stainless steel blade shows minor surface scratching and signs of light use. The storage pouch is in good condition with minor surface wear and lint.
