Remington 870 Wingmaster Magnum – 12 Gauge Pump Shotgun, 30", Full Choke, Mfg May 1974 Gauge: 12 Chamber: 3" Magnum Action: Pump (slide) action Model: 870 Wingmaster Magnum Up for auction is a Remington Model 870 Wingmaster Magnum pump-action shotgun, chambered in 12 gauge for 3" magnum shells (as marked on the barrel). The receiver is engraved "Remington MAGNUM Wingmaster Model 870". Features: Polished blued steel receiver and barrel with a vented rib along the top Bright, high-polish bluing on the barrel and action, showing minimal wear Walnut stock and forend with a fleur-de-lis pattern cut into the checkering Checkered grip areas on both the pistol grip stock and pump forend for secure handling Black recoil pad at the buttstock with white spacer line Front bead sight visible at the muzzle end Manufacturer markings on the barrel: "Remington Arms Co., Inc., Ilion, N.Y. — Made in U.S.A." along with associated patent numbers Condition: The wood shows attractive grain and warm coloring with a glossy finish; a few light handling marks/scuffs are visible on the forend (see close-up photos). Metal surfaces show strong original polish and bluing with light handling wear consistent with a well-maintained firearm.
