Four containers of 44 caliber bullets from the Ferguson bench. The lot holds (1) a Speer box of 44 caliber 240 grain 429 diameter soft points, number 4457, with roughly a dozen bullets left, (2) a Montana Bullet Works box of 44 Magnum Authentic Keith 255 grain semi wadcutters, 429 diameter, Brinell 15, LBT blue lube, marked quantity 100, which also holds a few empty 44 Remington Magnum brass cases, (3) a Magtech bag of 44 Remington Magnum 240 grain semi jacketed soft points, BU44A, partly used, and (4) a MidwayUSA box of Speer 44 caliber 429 diameter 240 grain jacketed soft points, number 559200, which appears well filled. The Keith style semi wadcutter is the bullet Elmer Keith designed for heavy 44 loads, with a wide flat nose that cuts a full caliber hole and a big grease groove that carries lube. Condition is good. All four containers are open and partly used and the labels are readable with light soiling. Estimated Value: $75 to $125 based on comparable recent sales. Sold as-is.
