An assortment of silver-plated flatware and commemorative souvenir spoons. The collection includes a set of fiddle-pattern spoons bearing the mark of Walker and Hall, featuring the maker's initials W and H alongside symbolic punches. Also included is a set of spoons with tapering handles embossed with the Bermuda crest and inscribed Bermuda to the reverse. Individual pieces within the lot comprise a souvenir spoon decorated with a blue enamelled fleur-de-lis and the word Paris, a small spoon with an open-loop handle, several spoons with plain rounded handles, and a single spoon featuring a decorative husk pattern. The items are housed in a rectangular light-finish wooden canteen with a moulded lid and brass-tone hardware, the interior of which is lined with dark brown Pacific Silvercloth tarnish-preventing fabric. Width approx. 42 cm x Depth approx. 30 cm (measured against a tape measure). Condition: The pieces exhibit varying degrees of surface tarnish and light surface scratches consistent with age and domestic use. The enamelled portion of the souvenir spoon appears intact. The wooden canteen shows minor external scuffs and light wear but remains structurally sound with functioning hinges.
