A collection of silver-plated copper tableware from various makers, primarily of Canadian origin. The group features a large Viking Plate rectangular serving tray with ornate scroll-form handles and an engraved ground depicting foliate, floral, and lattice patterns. A smaller Warren Plate rectangular tray shows a similar engraved scroll design with a central heart-shaped reserve. The set includes a Viking Plate creamer and sugar bowl, both featuring gold-washed interiors, cast scroll handles, and decorative foliate bands around the rim. An oval serving bowl by Wm. Rogers of Hamilton, Ontario, features a lobed, shell-style design. The collection also includes several silver-plated spoons in a fiddle pattern. Large Serving Tray stamped: VIKING PLATE, MADE IN CANADA, E.P. COPPER Small Rectangular Tray stamped: 44, WARREN PLATE, S. P. COPPER, B86 Creamer and Sugar Bowl stamped: VIKING PLATE, MADE IN CANADA, E. P. COPPER, LEAD MOUNTS Oval Serving Bowl stamped: WM. ROGERS, HAMILTON. ONT., E P ON COPPER, 9312 Spoons: one stamped ONTARIO SILVER CO. A1; three stamped 1847 ROGERS BROS. A1. Condition: The items show varying degrees of heavy tarnish, surface scratches, and general wear consistent with age and regular use. Significant tarnish is present on the spoons and the smaller rectangular tray. Areas of silver-plate loss are visible on the smaller tray and the spoon handles, revealing the copper base metal beneath. The gold-washed interiors of the creamer and sugar bowl appear largely intact with minor surface wear.
