Neoclassical Style Round Glass Top Dining Table

Updated September 19, 2026

Impressive round dining or center table featuring a substantial circular glass top supported by a boldly modeled neoclassical-style pedestal base. The sculptural central support is finished in an antiqued cream and gilt-toned surface and is richly decorated with deeply molded acanthus and palmette ornament, rising from a circular plinth and terminating in four pronounced carved paw feet. The combination of the transparent glass top with the weighty architectural base gives the table a dramatic, formal presence reminiscent of Regency, Empire, and Continental revival furniture The pedestal exhibits intentional antiqued surface character together with age-related rubbing, scuffs, dark marks, finish variation, and scattered small losses or abrasions, particularly around the raised carving and base; the glass top shows normal surface wear and appears intact in the photographs, with no obvious major chips visible along the photographed edge. Measures 33"H x 64"W.
