85g Sterling Nepalese Turquoise Coral Rosette Cuff

A large sterling silver Himalayan-style cuff consistent w/ Tibetan or Nepalese workshop production of the mid-to-late 20th century, in the traditional turquoise-and-coral rosette idiom. The circular face medallion is set w/ nine cabochons in a symmetrical rosette: a large central turquoise flanked by four smaller rough turquoise cabs alternating w/ four rectangular red coral cabs, each stone in a serrated bezel encircled by a twisted rope silver wire course, w/ applied silver bead accents in the interstices and a punched star-and-line border framing the disc. One bezel at the 3 o’clock position is empty — a stone is missing from that setting, exposing the dark bezel bed. The heavy split shank is composed of three parallel silver bands — hammered center wire, twisted rope wire, and smooth outer band — flaring at the terminals into pierced feather-form appliques w/ engraved diagonal veining. Face medallion measures 2.26 in. dia. Weight 85g. Open cuff w/ moderate flex; wrist size not measured — buyer to confirm fit. No fineness stamp located on the reverse; per consignor ID, metal is sterling. Shows heavy oxidation and tarnish throughout w/ dark patina in the recesses; remaining stones appear intact w/ heavy natural matrix and expected wear. All items are sold as-is.
