A United States Mint uncirculated coin set for 1996, in the printed Mint envelope with two sealed cellophane packs. Each pack shows six sealed windows and every window is full, so the photographs support ten coins and two copper mint tokens: cent, nickel, dime, quarter, half dollar and one token per pack. No seventh window and no second dime appears anywhere, so the 1996-W Roosevelt dime is not visible here and cannot be confirmed. That matters, because this set was the only way the Mint ever issued the 1996-W dime, struck at West Point for the fiftieth anniversary of the design and never released for circulation. It carries most of the value in a 1996 set. The 1996 date is legible on both Kennedy halves, and cellophane glare hides every individual mint mark. All pieces show satin luster with no wear and full red cents. The envelope has lightly bumped corners. These coins are clad, so there is no silver. Estimated Value: $12 to $20. Sold as-is.
