The 2019 United States Mint American Innovation $1 Coin Proof Set, four dollars in one sealed lens over a royal blue Treasury seal insert. The reverses honor Delaware with astronomer Annie Jump Cannon classifying the stars, Pennsylvania with the 1953 polio vaccine, New Jersey with the Edison light bulb, and Georgia with the Trustees Garden. Every recess is filled and the coins are cameo proofs with deeply mirrored fields and frosted devices. Two coins show a green and rose cast that most likely reflects the blue insert and the lens, though light toning cannot be ruled out from a photograph. The Certificate of Authenticity is present in the photographs. The outer box is present but soiled, with gray and tan staining across the white panel and a bumped corner. The mint mark is incused on the coin edge and the edges were not photographed, so the S cannot be confirmed. The series began in 2018 and runs four coins a year in statehood order through 2032. Clad. Estimated Value: $15 to $24. Sold as-is. Photos are the most accurate description of this lot. Written descriptions are a guide only and may contain errors. Please review all photos before bidding.
