R Serial # NSN. 16 Ga. double barrel shotgun with 28” barrels. The bores are excellent, mostly clean with light fouling. The barrels are choked Full and Modified. Double triggers with extractors. The blued metal finish on the barrels is in fair to good condition showing thinning and scattered light scratches with a covering of light surface rust. There is a small ding in the left barrel. The metal finish on the receiver is mostly a brown patina with traces of case color visible. The black painted alloy trigger guard is broken at the front and shows heavy edge wear and scratches. The plain walnut forearm and matching butt stock are in very good condition showing some light marks with finish wear. Plastic butt plate. The action works finr and is tight. Made from 1931-1940.
