Winchester Model 1906

R Serial # 18645. .22 Sh-L-LR caliber pump action take-down rifle with a 20” round barrel. The bore is poor, dirty and rough with moderate fouling. Made in 1906, the first year of production. Full length tubular magazine missing the inner core. The metal finish on the barrel, magazine tube and the receiver has been aggressively cleaned to near bare metal showing remnant cleaned older rust along with scratches and scattered light pitting. The smooth hardwood forearm and the matching plain butt stock have been cleaned and are in fair to good condition showing some dings and scratches with finish wear. The butt has cracks at the upper and lower tangs. The butt plate is missing. Original front and rear sights. The action works, but is stiff. Made from 1906 until 1932. C&R.
