A pair of sterling silver open salt cellars by Birks, each of circular form featuring a stepped, flared base and a plain, slightly rolled rim. Each cellar contains a removable liner of deep cobalt blue glass. The set includes two matching sterling silver salt spoons with pointed terminals. The undersides of the salt cellar rims are stamped with the maker name BIRKS and the fineness mark STERLING. Weight: 49 g (total for silver components only, excluding glass liners) Dimensions: Height approx. 2.2 cm, Base diameter approx. 4.4 cm. Condition: The silver components exhibit some natural surface tarnishing. The cobalt blue glass liners are free from visible chips or cracks.
