A circular serving tray constructed from solid copper by the West Bend Aluminum Co. of West Bend, Wisconsin. The piece features a shallow central well and a raised, slightly flared rim. The surface displays a distinct radial brushed texture characteristic of spun metal manufacture. The underside of the tray is stamped with the maker's mark: SOLID COPPER / A PRODUCT OF / WEST BEND ALUMINUM CO. / WEST BEND, WIS., U.S.A. Condition: The tray is in good vintage condition with signs of use appropriate for its age. Physical characteristics include fine surface scratches throughout the interior and exterior. Minor instances of dark spotting, pitting, and oxidation are present, particularly visible around the rim and on the base. The metal displays a natural aged patina with areas of tarnish.
