Jane McChesney (American), Turn About Face. This stylized modernist work is executed in marker on paper and depicts a female figure viewed from behind. The composition features bold blocks of pink, peach, green, and blue with dark purple contouring and is signed by the artist in the lower left corner and on the verso. The piece is presented in a white shadowbox frame with a gold-gilt inner border.Artwork: 4.5 in x 6.75 inFrame: 6.5 in x 8.75 in.Good overall condition. The paper shows mild age-related toning, and the verso has a faint green ink transfer in the upper corners. The frame exhibits minor surface dust and light shelf wear.
