A trio of sterling silver bon bon spoons featuring intricate pierced lattice bowls and scalloped shell-shaped rims. The handles are decorated in varied patterns including a holly leaf with berries, naturalistic overlapping leaves, and an open work quatrefoil motif. The neck reverse of each piece is impressed with a mark containing a W in a circle, a lion, and a griffin next to the word STERLING. One spoon is 4.25 inches and two measure 4.75 inches with a total weight of 1.335 OZT. These items show heavy surface tarnish throughout as expected (photo 8). There are minor surface scratches consistent with use, but no visible bends, breaks, or repairs to the pierced bowls or handles.
