Loose-leaf portfolio published by Éditions Art et Architecture, titled "Exposition 1937: Pavillons Français." The set comprises original plates documenting French pavilion architecture at the 1937 Exposition Internationale des Arts et Techniques dans la Vie Moderne in Paris. Three plates are missing (#9, 14, and 34). Portfolio cover includes red handwriting added by a prior owner referencing "Nazi info." The introduction is written by Jacques Gréber, chief architect of the Exposition, providing context and architectural analysis. Plates showcase designs by Robert Mallet-Stevens, André Arbus, and others, and feature pavilions such as the Pavillon de la Paix, Saint-Gobain glass pavilion, and Pavillon de la Presse. Early Modernist and Art Deco influences are visible throughout. The binding is cloth-tied, and contents are printed on heavyweight paper. Items display light handling and some age toning consistent with era. It measures 13 by 9 inches. GE/SW
