Vintage Profile Sportswear Wool Stirrup Ski Pants

Manufactured by Carter & Churchill Co. under the "Profile Sportswear" label in Lebanon, New Hampshire, these mid-century ski pants are constructed of heavy dark wool twill. Design details include a fly-front zipper, metal hook-and-bar waist clasp, side zippered pocket, single rear zippered pocket, belt loops, and white elastic foot stirrups. An interior woven tag reads "Quality Since 1869 / Profile Sportswear / Carter & Churchill Co. Lebanon, N.H." along with decorative trim sewn inside the waistband. Size 26 by 28 inches. Light, normal wear appears throughout, consistent with period use, including minor surface lint and faint discoloration along the interior lining. Outer wool fabric, stitching, zippers, and elastic stirrups remain fullyintact.
