Oak Two Drawer Nightstand Ceramic Pulls

Two drawer nightstand of later 20th century American production, in a light honey golden oak stain with a high sheen. Each drawer front carries an applied mitred molding forming a recessed panel, under a molded top with a stepped edge, above a molded plinth base, with two white ceramic bar pulls on brass end mounts both present. A correction to the earlier note is worth making, because it works in the buyer's favor. This is solid wood and plywood, not laminate over particleboard and not flat pack. The drawer sides are half inch solid pine or poplar with real edge glued lamination lines in the end grain, the back is a one piece plywood panel let into rabbets and nailed, and the case shows continuous open pore grain wrapping the corner. The drawers run on wood and plastic runners, not metal tracks. Condition is fair with chips at the top right corner. Sold as-is. Photos are the most accurate description of this lot.
