AM 390, 390n & B907 Group of Four Antique Dolls

This group of four antique German dolls features bisque socket heads and composition jointed bodies. The collection is comprised of three Armand Marseille examples and one doll marked B907. The 14 inch doll is an Armand Marseille 390featuring a brunette wig and molded boots. The 12 inch doll is an AM 390n with a reddish-brown wig, currently dressed in white cotton undergarments. A third AM 390 mold stands 11 inches and is missing its wig and pate. The smallest doll, measuring 10 inches, is marked B907 and features blue glass sleep eyes and a blue dotted-swiss style dress. All examples include painted facial features and open mouths with inset upper teeth. Height: 14 inches, 12 inches, 11 inches, 10inches. The group displays expected age-related wear including surface crazing to the composition bodies. One head with professional repair to face crack. Missing wigs and pates on two examples.
