1885 Morgan Silver Dollar, struck at the Philadelphia Mint. This classic late-19th-century U.S. silver dollar is a plentiful and popular issue among collectors of Morgan Dollars. Please review the photos for the exact condition, surfaces, strike, and overall appearance. The Morgan Dollar was designed by George T. Morgan and was first introduced in 1878. The obverse features Liberty wearing a Phrygian cap, while the reverse depicts a heraldic eagle with outstretched wings holding arrows and an olive branch.
