Offered is a 1934 Walking Liberty Half Dollar, a classic 90% silver U.S. coin from the popular Walking Liberty series. Please review the photos for the exact mint mark, condition, surfaces, and overall appearance. The Walking Liberty Half Dollar was designed by renowned sculptor Adolph A. Weinman and was struck from 1916 through 1947. The obverse features Liberty walking toward the rising sun while carrying branches and draped in the American flag. The reverse depicts an eagle perched on a rock with its wings raised. The 1934 Philadelphia issue has no mint mark and had a mintage of 6,964,000 coins. It was struck in 90% silver and 10% copper, with a standard weight of 12.5 grams and approximately 0.3617 troy ounces of silver.
