A large wall-mounted mirror featuring an ornate Rococo Revival frame. This beautiful gold framed wall mirror is constructed with a gilt finish over molded or carved details. Decorative elements include asymmetrical scrolls, acanthus leafmotifs, and a prominent pierced crest at the top center. The shaped mirror plate follows the interior contours of the frame. 46 inches tall by 58 inches wide.This mirror is in very nice condition and shows mostly expected wear due to its age and wear. The gilt finish and mirror plate remain well-preserved.
