AVAILABLE for SHIPPING or LOCAL PICKUP > Offered as a group of 25 vintage Whitman blue coin collection folders representing American cents, nickels, dimes, quarters, half dollars and silver dollars. All folders are empty, with no coins included, and are contained within the open storage box shown. The assortment includes folders for Indian Head and Lincoln cents, Jefferson and Buffalo nickels, Mercury and Roosevelt dimes, Liberty Standing and Washington quarters, Benjamin Franklin and Liberty Walking half dollars, and Liberty Head or Morgan silver dollars. Several titles and collecting periods are duplicated, providing useful old stock for beginning multiple collections, organizing dealer inventory or replacing worn vintage folders. Titles visible within the group include Indian Head Cents 1856 to 1909, Lincoln Head Cents 1909 to 1940 and starting 1941, Buffalo Nickels 1913 to 1938, Jefferson Nickels beginning 1938, Mercury Head Dimes 1916 to 1945, Roosevelt Dimes beginning 1946, Washington Head Quarters in several date ranges, Liberty Standing Quarters, Benjamin Franklin Half Dollars, Liberty Walking Half Dollars and Liberty Head or Morgan Silver Dollars. Whitman’s familiar blue trifold folders were designed with labeled openings that allow collectors to organize coins by date and mint while viewing the obverse. The classic blue, grained-cover format became one of the most recognizable entry points into American coin collecting and remains in production for both historic and current coin series.
