A lot of two Asian carved wood figures, likely of Japanese manufacture. The first is a netsuke in the form of a standing pig, featuring himotoshi (cord holes) and an artist's signature incised on the hindquarters. The second is a small sculpture, or okimono, of a reclining Budai (Hotei), with a dark, rich patina.

Netsuke Okimono Budai Hotei Pig Boar Wood Carving Japanese Meiji Edo Signed

Dust Factory Auctions offers antique and vintage items that proudly display the natural signs of their age and previous use.
