Clear Glass Miniature Oil Lamp – Traditional Concentric Ring Tiers, Brass Burner & Ruffled Hurricane Shade Miniature glass oil lamp / kerosene lamp. Design/Subject: Classic traditional style featuring a matching transparent clear glass font base and hurricane chimney shade. The squat, rounded font features a molded concentric ring tier design, identical in form to the previous colored glass variants in this collection. Outfitted with a bright brass collar, a crown-style turn-knob wick raiser burner with a small wire-wheel handle, and a pinched-neck clear glass hurricane chimney shade featuring an elegant ruffled top rim. Material: Transparent clear glass and brass components. Features: A pristine, classic utilitarian example of mid-century miniature lighting. The entirely clear glass construction allows for full visibility of the internal fabric wick and fuel levels while offering a clean, versatile aesthetic that easily complements any existing antique display or farmhouse decor. Condition: Good vintage/pre-owned condition. Both the clear glass base font and the ruffled chimney shade are intact and free of major structural cracks or large chips, showing only typical light surface wear and minor manufacturing roughness on the hidden factory bottom rim of the shade. The brass burner is bright with only minimal natural tarnish in the recessed areas. The internal fabric wick is present; the mechanical raiser function rotates smoothly, but the unit is otherwise untested for burning functionality. Display: Low-profile, highly stable flat-bottomed circular base footprint. A wonderful addition to a miniature lighting collection, vintage glassware showcase, or primitive general store display hutch.
