Carved Mexican Onyx / Calcite Elephant Figurine – Hand-Carved Trunk-Up Elephant Figure, Honey & Cream Banded Natural Gemstone Description Item: Hand-carved stone animal figurine. Subject: A stylized elephant depicted in a standing posture with its trunk raised high (traditionally a symbol of good luck). Features blocky carved legs, defined ears, and a robust body structure. Material: Translucent cream and honey-colored onyx or banded calcite. Features: Displays a lovely gradient of natural colors, with a milky-white cream head and front legs transitioning into a warm honey-amber shade across the rear flank. Highly polished to a smooth, glossy finish that accentuates the stone's natural luster and internal depth. Condition: Excellent vintage/pre-owned condition. Structurally sound with clean carved contours and no visible chips, cracks, or modern repairs. Natural variations in transparency and stone growth layers are present and indicative of authentic mineral art. Display: Freestanding and stable on four carved legs. A classic, highly collectible addition for elephant enthusiasts, wildlife art collectors, or gemstone animal showcases.
