A cast resin coin bank modeled in the form of a reclining sheep. The figure features a heavily textured surface designed to simulate wool fleece. It is finished with white paint and contrasting black patches on the crown of the head, across the upper back, and on the hooves. A narrow coin slot is positioned on the right shoulder, and a circular access hole is located on the flat underside. There are no visible maker marks or factory stamps. A material identifier label reading resin is attached to the underside. Height: approx. 8 3/4 inches Length: approx. 11 inches (Measured against a visible ruler). Condition: The item exhibits significant signs of wear and age. Widespread chipping and paint loss are visible on the raised textured surfaces and around the base. A crack is present at the base of the right ear. The access hole on the underside is missing its original plug. Surface grime and light staining are present throughout.
