A framed photomechanical reproduction print of the 1857 masterpiece The Gleaners by Jean-Francois Millet. The artwork illustrates three peasant women laboring to collect leftover grain in a harvested field, a seminal work of 19th-century French Realism. The print is presented with an off-white mat and set in a dark-stained wooden frame under glass. The verso features a cardboard backing held in place by metal glazier points. There are no visible signatures, edition numbers, or publisher marks. Dimensions: approx. H 14 in x W 16.5 in. Condition: The wooden frame displays scattered surface scratches and minor losses to the stained finish. The matting shows pronounced toning and age-related discoloration across its surface. The print shows evidence of general toning and light fading. No visible foxing or structural damage is noted to the paper or frame.
