A representational print after an original work attributed to Joy Evans, depicting a Victorian-style cottage with elaborate gingerbread architectural detailing. The cottage features a circular attic window and a small American flag hanging from the porch. The scene includes a white picket fence in the foreground, bordered by a garden with pink and white flowers, set against a backdrop of mature trees. The work is housed in a decorative gilt-finished frame with a scrolling foliate motif, featuring a sage green outer mount and a dark blue inner mount. The verso has a brown paper dust cover with a handwritten inventory number IS063 in pencil. Dimensions (measured against a ruler): H 18.5 inches x W 21.5 inches. Condition: The print is in good overall condition with no visible foxing, toning, or fading. The frame shows minor surface wear and small scuffs to the gilt finish. The paper backing on the reverse is torn in multiple locations.
