This World War II German Wehrmacht tropical Gasplane pouch is constructed from heavy khaki-tan cotton canvas, designed for issue to Afrikakorps and southern front personnel to store anti-gas protective sheets. The fold-over top flap secures with two tan web pull-tabs fitted with metal snap fasteners. The reverse side features two horizontal web loops for mounting onto a gas mask canister strap or equipment belt. Opening the flap reveals a single unlined interior compartment with visible internal snap washers. Measuring 7.5 inches wide by 10 inches high and 2.5 inches deep, the pouch displays minor surface soiling, light edge fraying, and mild oxidation to the snap hardware. PM
