This German porcelain commemorative plate features a central transfer-printed portrait of Field Marshal Paul von Hindenburg in military uniform, topped by a 1914 Iron Cross. A vibrant wreath of green laurel and oak leaves frames the likeness above a scroll bearing his name. The rim features pierced reticulated slats detailed with gold-painted accents along the border. The reverse side is unmarked. Crafted in the early 20th century, this piece measures 9.5" in diameter. PM
