This group consists of four stamped tin, painted donation badges produced for the Volksbund für das Deutschtum im Ausland (VDA - Association for Germanism Abroad) during the Third Reich era. The collection features three shield-shaped pieces from the "Kameradschafts-Opfer" street collection series, representing historically German-settled cities across Europe. These include "Dorpat" (Tartu, Estonia) showing a city gate with a crossed sword and key; "Aussig" depicting a fortress with a plumed helmet; and "Elnis", displaying a red heraldic griffin split against a black, white, and red vertical tricolor shield. The fourth badge is an arched, blue-and-white enameled piece featuring a cornflower emblem above the organization's initials, "VDA". The reverse side of each piece retains its horizontal safety pin attachment mechanism. The badges show typical age wear, including light surface scratches, paint chips, and edge oxidation. Each item measures approximately 1 by 1.5 inches. OT
