This group contains five botanical donation tokens distributed for the Winterhilfswerk (WHW) street collections during the Third Reich era. Representing a specific series dedicated to native German medicinal herbs and plants, each pin is constructed from fabric petals, paper-wrapped wire stems, and composition elements. Every piece retains its printed paper identification card detailing the specific plant name and the harvestable components. The varieties include Hagebutten (Rosehips), Feldstiefmütterchen (Wild Pansy), Tausendgüldenkraut (Centaury), Schafgarbe (Yarrow), and Schlehenblüten (Blackthorn Blossoms). The reverse of each assembly features a fine wire fastening pin. The lot displays typical age characteristics, including minor fading on the cloth elements, light structural bending on the paper-wrapped stems, and localized foxing or minor staining on the paper tags. Individual pins measure approximately 2.5 to 3 inches in length. OT
