Tokens (6) This lot features six molded terracotta clay donation tokens issued for the Winterhilfswerk (WHW) street collections during the Third Reich era. Released as part of a series dedicated to traditional German fairy tales and folklore, the group includes five caricature bust figures and one animal token. The pieces represent characters such as the "Hedgehare" (Igelhas) climbing a leafy branch, the "Militiaman" (Bürgergardist) in a blue uniform and pickelhaube-style helmet, and the "Grandmother" figure wearing a white bonnet. Each terracotta piece features hand-painted enamel details. The reverse side of two items retains functional horizontal safety pins, while the remaining four pieces show exposed mounting sites with adhesive residue where the pin hardware has detached over time. The enameled surfaces show age-appropriate wear, paint scuffing, and localized paint loss. Individual figures measure approximately 1.25 to 1.5 inches in height. OT
