RZM identification tag sewn onto a feldgrau canvas fragment, representing quality control for Third Reich period NSDAP political equipment. The white textile tag bears the RZM logo, mandatory text, and manufacturer marking '160' along with serial number '14692.' These designations indicate licensed factory production and adherence to NSDAP quality standards between 1933 and 1945. The tag has been cut from its original equipment, with visible fraying along the canvas edges and measures 3" in length and 1 1/2" in height. Manufacturer code 160 identifies the producing facility as officially authorized by the Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM), the central office overseeing political uniform supply and regulation. This fragment is an example of standard marking practices enforced during the era. OT
