This hand-carved wooden album features a detailed raised relief of edelweiss flowers and a pine branch on the front cover, bound with a brown cord over a cloth spine, wooden front is not attached to the photo album as depicted in the pictures. The interior contains a collection of crisp black-and-white portrait prints of prominent German military commanders, including Raeder, Hube, Dietl, Kesselring, Udet, and Milch, with each individual identified by printed name and rank. Interspersed between these military portraits are sepia-toned illustrations depicting women in traditional regional Slavic folk costumes worn across the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Moravia . The grey paper pages show light edge wear and minor corner chips consistent with age, while the portrait prints remain clean and firmly mounted. Measures 9.5" x 6". SW
