Produced for German anti-aircraft communications during World War II, this Fla-Leitertelefon control unit is housed in a heavy cast-metal enclosure with an olive-gray painted finish, mounting lugs, secured lid, rotary control, and multiple cable connections. Applied instruction plates include "Fla-Leitertelefon" and "Mithörtaste für Leitertelefon Leitstand I," identifying a monitoring control associated with the command-post telephone. Additional directional labels appear beside the rotary selector, while the housing is stamped "72 gh. 46-1." Condition shows substantial service wear, including scratches, paint loss, oxidation, soiling, and corrosion to exposed metal components. The side connector retains its protective cap and chain; other ports are open, with exposed internal wiring visible in the central connection. Measures approximately 12 inches wide x 8 inches high x 5 inches deep. Untested; functionality is unknown.
