Five blue-on-white cloth insignia patches from the Kriegsmarine, used between 1933 and 1945. Included are two naval petty officer rank chevrons and three round specialist ovals embroidered with blue thread. The specialist ovals display distinct medical symbols: two feature the Rod of Asclepius and one shows the Caduceus, all with detailed blue embroidery. These insignia were worn on summer uniforms to visually indicate both rank and medical specialty within Third Reich naval personnel. The patches exhibit minor yellowing, foxing from storage, and loose threads on the reverse. Stitching and overall structure remain intact, and design elements denote their administrative and medical identification purpose within the historical context of the era. PM
