This antique souvenir "Leporello" accordion-fold album features 18 panoramic and architectural views of Hildesheim, Germany. Housed in its original red cloth-bound boards with decorative blind-stamping and bright gold gilt lettering, the album contains a continuous folding strip of high-quality black-and-white collotype prints. The featured landmarks provide a significant historical record of the city’s medieval timber-framed core prior to World War II destruction, including detailed interior views of the Hildesheim Cathedral, the historic Kaiserhaus, and sweeping city panoramas.
