Constructed from heavy brownish-gray wool, this Soviet enlisted serviceman’s greatcoat was produced in 1990 by the Balaklava Sewing Factory. It features a fold-down collar with plain olive-green collar tabs and matching shoulder boards, a concealed hook-and-eye front closure, slanted pockets, and applied cuffs. The back includes a long center vent, inverted pleat, and half-martingale belt secured by two gold-tone Soviet star buttons. The gray cotton-twill interior bears a clear Cyrillic factory stamp marked 176-104-86, Art. 5404, GOST 9208-85, and year 90, together with size marking 52-4. Exact military or internal-security service branch is unknown because no rank or branch devices are present. The coat shows light surface wear and minor fabric creasing with no prominent moth damage visible, presenting in excellent condition and possibly remaining unissued. GE
